  • Text Messaging: For quick inquiries or bookings, send us a text message with your event details. This is perfect for last-minute bookings or when you’re on the go.
  • Email Booking: Send detailed booking requests via email, which allows you to provide comprehensive event information and receive written confirmation of all details.
  • Instagram Direct Messages: Connect with us through social media for a more casual booking experience. Our Instagram DMs are monitored regularly for booking requests.

Booking Timeline & Advance Planning

Understanding our booking timeline helps ensure you secure your preferred date and receive the best service possible:

  • Same-Day Bookings: We proudly offer same-day booking services when equipment is available. While we can’t guarantee availability for same-day requests, we make every effort to accommodate urgent party needs.
  • Recommended Advance Booking: For optimal availability and peace of mind, we recommend scheduling your event 2-3 weeks in advance. This timeframe is especially crucial for weekend bookings when demand is highest.
  • No Strict Minimum Lead Time: Unlike many rental companies, we don’t enforce a minimum booking window. If we have equipment available, we’ll work to accommodate your event regardless of how close it is to your event date.
  • Weekend Booking Strategy: Weekends fill up quickly due to high demand for parties and celebrations. Booking 2-3 weeks ahead for Saturday and Sunday events significantly increases your chances of securing your preferred time slot and equipment.

Required Booking Information

To ensure smooth service delivery and proper event planning, we require the following information from all customers:

  • Primary Contact Information: Full name of the person making the reservation, along with the best phone number and email address for communication.
  • Comprehensive Event Details: Complete street address where the event will take place, including any specific delivery or setup instructions that might be helpful for our team.
  • Event Scheduling: Exact date and preferred time windows for both delivery/setup and pickup of equipment.
  • Setup Space Requirements: Information about the available space for equipment setup, including surface type, size constraints, and any obstacles our team should be aware of.
  • Reservation Security: A $50 deposit is required to officially hold your date and reserve your chosen equipment.

Payment Structure & Methods

Our flexible payment system is designed to make the booking process as convenient as possible:

  • Required Security Deposit: All reservations require a $50 deposit to secure your booking. This deposit holds your date in our system and ensures your equipment is reserved exclusively for your event.
  • Full Payment Options: While only the $50 deposit is required at booking, customers are welcome to pay the full amount upfront if preferred. This can simplify day-of-event logistics.
  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Zelle transfers, and CashApp payments to accommodate various payment preferences.
  • Firm Deposit Policy: Please note that quotes, estimates, or verbal requests to “hold” a date will not reserve your booking. Only paid deposits secure reservations, ensuring fairness for all customers.

Confirmation Process & Communication

Our confirmation system ensures you have written records of your booking and helps prevent any misunderstandings:

  • Automatic Online Confirmations: When you book through our website, you’ll receive an immediate email confirmation with all your booking details, terms, and our contact information.
  • Manual Booking Confirmations: For bookings made via phone, text, email, or Instagram, our team will send confirmation through both email and text message to ensure you receive the information.
  • 24/7 Booking Availability: While our online system accepts bookings around the clock, we also monitor and respond to bookings made through all other channels at all hours, ensuring rapid response times.
  • Confirmation Details: All confirmations include your event date, time, location, equipment reserved, total cost, balance due, and important day-of-event information.

Equipment Availability & Scheduling Policy

Our availability system prioritizes customer satisfaction while maintaining realistic expectations:

We strongly encourage booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date, time, and equipment selection. Same-day bookings, while available, are entirely dependent on equipment availability and cannot be guaranteed. During peak party seasons, weekends, and holidays, availability becomes more limited, making advance booking essential for ensuring your event goes as planned.

Our scheduling system operates on a first-come, first-served basis with confirmed deposits, meaning that paid reservations take priority over quotes or tentative bookings.
