Here’s what the job looks like:

  • Load & Deliver: You’ll load bounce houses, water slides, and party gear into our van, then deliver them to homes, parks, churches, and schools.

  • Set Up & Secure: Set up units safely and properly using tarps, stakes, sandbags, and blowers. Make sure everything looks clean, level, and photo-ready!

  • Customer Service: Greet customers with a friendly attitude, walk them through basic safety rules, and answer any quick questions on-site.

  • Pick Up & Clean: Return later to break everything down, bring it back to HQ, and help clean and sanitize equipment so it’s ready for the next event.

  • Follow Our Process: Success starts with consistency. You’ll follow step-by-step instructions and systems we’ve built to ensure every event runs smoothly and safely — every time.

What the Job Involves

As a team member, your role is hands-on and rewarding. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Loading inflatable units, tables, chairs, and party equipment into our van

  • Delivering to a variety of locations, including homes, parks, churches, and school campuses

  • Setting up equipment properly and safely using stakes, tarps, sandbags, and blowers

  • Ensuring everything looks clean, straight, and ready for fun

  • Providing friendly customer service and going over simple safety instructions with clients

  • Returning to pick up equipment, breaking it down, and cleaning it back at HQ

Our systems and checklists make the job easier. Following our step-by-step process is key — we’ve designed it to keep everything organized, efficient, and consistent. You’re not just “dropping things off” — you’re helping create smooth, stress-free events for our customers. That’s why attention to detail, following instructions, and being dependable matters. Who We’re Looking For

You don’t need previous experience — we’ll train the right person. But we do look for:

  • A clean driving record (required for driving positions)

  • The ability to pass a background check (required for all positions)

  • Physical ability to move large equipment (units can weigh over 200 lbs, and setup is active)

  • Weekend and holiday availability — most rentals happen Friday through Sunday

  • Positive energy and a professional attitude

  • Willingness to follow systems and directions closely
